About the Founder
Rob Scott is a lifelong entrepreneur and operator with more than 30 years of experience building, scaling, and advising mid-market companies.
He has founded, scaled, and sold three companies. He also helped grow a mid-market IT services firm through multiple private equity investments and dozens of acquisitions, gaining firsthand experience in how larger organizations scale and evolve.
After selling Spark Growth Strategies, he led an M&A advisory team within a leading investment bank, where he and his team helped more than 90 entrepreneurs prepare for, navigate, and complete successful acquisitions and exits.
His experience spans the full arc of the founder journey, from startup and scale to private equity growth and M&A outcomes, giving him a practical and grounded perspective on what it takes to build and realize value.
